Most significant colour change - when breeding

    It is evident, that most all fish change their colour when in breeding mode.... The most significant change, I've ever seen was when my Thicklipped Gouramies bred.... Almost unrecognisable changes that took place.
    What other fish takes on a completely different colour scheme when in breeding???

    Malawi cichlids. Dominant males colour up when wanting to breed.

    no the most awesome looking fish when breeding is an african cichlid but i cant mention its name its blacklisted.
