Moss - Cape Town

Hey guys,
After the stunning tanks I saw yesterday I've decided I really want a moss & grass tank. The greens are just gorgeous!
I'm new to the planted tank business, so I need all the advice I can get.
My tank will be a brackish tank and I'm getting more lights as well as some co2 injectors today.
Which plants would you recommend? There are jsut too many out there and with so many things being illegal in this hobby, I'm not sure what I'm allowed and what not... nor do I know where to get any moss from. All I've seen are your average aquatic plants which I have no interest in at this point in time.
I know this is probably going to be quite the task to accomplish, but I'm determined to do it right!

Also, I'm thinking of growing my moss under special conditions then introduce them to the tank... do you think this is wise? Should I rather grow it directly in the display tank?

What other plants look nice with moss? I'm looking mosty for nice ground cover or grass type plants.
