give them a few weeks and they should colour up nicely. I used to keep them and my fry always took a while to get there colour.

It takes a while for them to colour up but what food are you feeding them? maybe try and feed them something that helps with colour like tetra Prima that's what I feed all my fish

    What colours were the parents?

As Gareth says, Prima is the way to go. Your fish will grow fast on that stuff. :)

thats wat i feed, i like the tetra foods and my fish have grown a helluva lot, the 3 spot gouramis are nearly double the size they were when i bought them and they looking stunning . the mother is white as for the father your guess is as good as mine:confused:, the mother was given to me as a gift from one of the guys i lived with last year as a going away present so i cant even tell you what other colours were in the sales tank i assume thats where she got pregnant as i had no other mollies when i got her. she also has very faint orange lines along her body and is quite large, about 6cm long. i rather enjoy her as shes very gregorious, i added another 2 black mollies on wednesday but they so much smaller than her and keep to themselves i have a suspicion she may be a jumbo mollie as my local lfs calls them, the platys look great though i wish theyed school properly hehe. the danios school beatifully and they should look awesome once the new ones have grown a bit:bigsmile:
