They are very easy to keep..

Bit of water, bread and some yeast and a starter culture.

A culture lasts for a month or so, I always start a new culture at that time again.

Have to agree with hein24: I got mine from francoisve and they are very easy to keep I keep mine small purity bottles and normally restart one of them about every three weeks (running on a 6 week cycle) with oats, a little sugar and a little yeast. Only problem I have encountered is that mine seems to get a bit dry from time to time, but then I just add a little bit of water and they are happy to multiply what seems like by the millions. He he

    Hi all

I get many enquiries on how to do this - I will start a new thread with instructions a bit later so I don't have to repeat it every time...:)
