    Yes you can - most cichlids will take them - or you can chop them up for the smaller fish

    i sometimes by them and feed them to my fish :D they love it!

    Yea but Henks fish are HUGE !!!!!!!!!!!!! a mealworm is a snack, but really fun to watch them squabbling...
