    So long story Short, I moved into a new apartment. Which is way smaller than my previous place and could therefore no longer take care of my younger brother's orphaned guppies. (He left them with me after he found work on a farm with a live in situation) so I offered them to a colleague's 11 yo son. But before I could give it to them I felt the need to re-scape it as the original tank was just a bunch off old plastic plants plopped in with a filter and heater - so not a nice tank. I used a dry start method on some 'aquarium plant seeds' they were sold in tiny cork sealed bottles with Asian lettering so not even the store owner knows what it is. Regardless I am pleasantly surprised. It's a 25l nano so not ideal for a beginner but he is really smart and has been

    Fantastic! Nice little tank and he looks like a happy kid.
    I'm also impressed those seeds worked out so well - seems to have started off great.

    Yeah really great start off, but they tend to float with the slightest disturbance. (they're only 2 weeks old so I'm sure they'll get better roots as time passes)

    That looks awesome, and for two weeks growth that is incredible. Would love to see what that will be like in a few months time...

    And congrats on that smile, nothing better than helping get a newbie into the hobby - especially at that age!
