Looking for L144 Golden blue eyed ancistrus

    Good day,

    I have been on the hunt for L144 for more than a year now I have a female but I have been unable to source any other from all my LFS even when trying to special order... Does anyone have any available or a possible lead on How I can find some?

    I have virtually given up hope so any leads will be greatly appreciated.

    have you thought about getting a normal golden ancitrus and letting that breed with the female and see what mix you get?

    There were some available at Fish for Africa not too long ago, 3 weeks(?). Perhaps they can get you more.

    In the US they are reffered to as Lemons.

    They are in fact not L144. Those aren't in the trade anymore. But there appeared a different blue eyed yellow fish in the trade.

    It is a Xanthic fish (yellow blue eyes) which you won't get by crossing other ones.
