    I don't see this being too much of an issue here in SA. TVs, cellphones, laptops, jewelry... those are easy enough to to stick a high price on and find someone to buy them. But tropical fish?

    Unless the thief was going to drop them off at the customer stright away, it is unlikely there would be too many people willing to do this sort of thing.
    Especially since Zebra Plecs need more care than the average fish.
