Led Planted Tank

I have a new camera so I tested it a bit on my LED tank.

The tank is 60 x 70 x 45. I have built a back compartment, so the actual size of the display is 60 x 60 x 45.

I have built a LED pendant for it. I have used 3w cree LED's. 60 degree optics.
8 x Cool white
2 x Warm White
2 x Royal Blue

Here is the result:

 

Must say do like the pic quality of the Canon EOS - LED lights look interesting - how do you find the growth with this DIY lighting ?

The LED's are doing well with growth.
I don't have real fast growers like hygro, but everything is growing.

The leaves on the red tiger lotus is less than 2 weeks old, and was overshadowed with bigger leaves.

I am not entirely happy with the setup yet.

The angels still has to come out. I think they will be better off in a bigger system.
And I have used peat under the substrate, so it is getting very yellow after a few days since the water change.

After the angels are out and the tank substrate is redone, I would like to add another school of neons.
