is like to make my own aquarium led lights using an Arduino that also measure ph and water temperature.

What I need is someone to make aluminum housing for the lights. Does anybody know anybody that can assist?

What LED's are you using? Also curious as to what pH probe you're using

Why not use some aluminium extrusion. Try a place like Gelmar they have a nice variety of extrusion used for cabinet and sliding doors that work very well for led lights. Because its made from aluminum it dissipates a lot of the heat generated by the lights.
