    Thanks saved it on file now. I see we have more options available to us on fish species like Jack Dempsey & the Texan Cichlid not mentioned on the list!

    Ok, Boys and girls .... I have worked thru the backlist a bit and I must say it is not to bad. I see there is bunch of species that has been removed and others that have been added. Also on the plant section I have notice that there is 2x Echinodorus sp. and a Hygrophila sp. Who else has had a look at the list and what is your feelings on it so far?

    Just a question to the guys that understand this better than me, does an animal or plant listed here mean that we are no longer allowed to keep it or that it will no longer be available for sale , transplant , relocation ect ?

    Hope this awnser your qeustion…

    Four categories
    The regulations will provide for the management of invasive species in four categories:
    Category 1a: Species that quickly brought under control can be, and where possible and appropriate cut up;
    Category 1b: Species that are harmful;
    Category 2: Species of value under specific conditions and / or in specific designated areas can be used, and
    Category 3: Species that are less harmful and management interventions which are less demanding.
    With category 1a species is a landowner is obliged to immediately take action.
