    Hi guys

Quickly before i change my mind here...

I have a Knight Goby that I need to get rid of he is a stunning fish I just need to move on now and he keeps eating my smaller fish!

and then I have I 10cm Mudskipper that is looking for a new good home, any takers?

I am Close to Roodepoort, bring a back collect they are yours, all I ask is that you give them a better home than I can.

If you referring to the Knight Goy I thin he is pretty much fully grown, The Goby is an amazing fish I just want to try some other fish now...

as for the Mudskipper as far as I can see is fully grown as well!

Perfect Brads they are yours let me know when you are ready... also maybe consider getting a second skipper as they like company... I can get you another if you like...

dont know how much you know about them? but here is some info, they like smaller fish from time to time they eat most forms of live or frozen foods and they are also brackish so you gonna need some salt...

Mudskippers should be kept in brackish - it's much better for them long term, since they're naturally found in this kind of habitat.

Almost the same for the Knight Goby, although they'll fare just as well in freshwater, provided that the water is hard and alkaline.

Yes Salmon I know the plans were to have thier own tanks but cash flow dried up so had to make a plan and i really think they are happier in water and not in the toilet...

Can you show me a pic of its tank? As I'm taking lizids skipper there are two questions.what substrate is best? And what salt do you use ie brand name, price etc?

I have researched them but info is hard to come by that is trustworthy

    Thanx man

I'm writing an article for the site, which would be more helpful, but I've given most of my details here: LINK.

As for your questions, any fine-grained substrate is fine. Just avoid large, angular gravel, which is likely to damage the 'skipper's skin. I use beach sand, but pool sand or play sand may work just as well.

I use Tetra's salt; because it's a brackish tank (meaning you'd use roughly half the dosage) and the tank is hardly halfway full, you'll find that even a 4kg bag will last you quite a while.

the tank I wanted to get for him the guy wants 400 rand to make !

its to much for that I want a 45 cm squared tank to place on my table , it has sloped glass inside to place sand on for the beach and a couple cool designs I came up with to house the heater and pump . was planning to use sand and bog plants to filter .
to get the tank and equipment its going to be like 600 bucks just can't spend that right now man .
