killifish at homemark

    Hi all

    Homemark sells a fish kit with killifish eggs in peat and brineshirmp eggs. Idea is to hatch the eggs and grow the killifish. Saw it on a tv ad and bought the kit for the kids to keep them busy during the school holidays. If any one saw this ad or went to homemark, what type of killifish is it??

    Here's the ad. There seems to be quite a mix of fish that pop up out of the 'magic fish' mixture, killifish, cyprinids and tetras among them. I've spotted a least 3 killifish species there? I'm a little loose on my knowledge on killifish, so I think I'll leave it to someone else for ID.

    PS: Worst advert ever. Not to mention unethical on all levels - no heater, filtration, or tank cycling.
