    Hi,

Does anyone know how to keep air pipes down under the gravel, Ive tried suction cups but they go hard & become frustrating.
Your ideas would really be helpful because I'm at my wits end. :banghead: I'm changing my air pipe from plastic to rubber as the rubber
doesnt go hard & stiff it stays flexable. Now its just the keeping them down part.

I had a small tank before with an air pipe running under the gravel.I used fittings to change the direction of of the airpipe and rocks to hold it down, later learned that rocks weren't necessary and only one suction cup on the fitting and air stone kept it down.

A semi-permanent solution would be to tie it to an ornament with relatively unobtrusive material such as nylon, or just to weigh it under whatever ornaments you happen to have in your tank.

    Regards,

Well if its semi permanent and the tanks currently dry - some silicon ?

might be a bit too drastic
