JBL automatic feeder help

    Hi everyone.
    Does anyone have a JBL automatic feeder?
    I bought one and it arrived today. I followed the instructions to the letter. But the screw doesn't turn to dispense, either when pushing the button to feed manually or when set to feed...
    When I was busy setting the time it did initially turn twice but now nothing happens...
    Does anyone know what could be wrong?
