Jaguar cichlids in progress.

Hi all

Just got 4 new jaguar juveniles(+-4) they r in a 4 ft tank for now as i will get a larger tank sometime next year.

if all goes well i will only be left with 1 or 2 at the end, breeding pair or just one bad ass male!

my layout will change from time to time as the jags grow!

they do have a tank mate, a leopard longfin pleco!

will keep updated!

if you want just a big bad ass male let me know, i have a 30cm plus guy i aint using to breed with so he can got happily

 

I assume the Jags aren't in yet in this photo or were they playing hiding go seek (happens to me all the time lol)

BTW glad to see you did not entirely leave the hobby

Agreed never leave completely. Il grab one of your females when they are bigger.

running a cannister and a eheim pick-up internal filter also a jager 200w heater, went for a black background and a t5 bulb!

diet for now will be frozen brime shrimp and tetra prima.

small update all still going good have one that looks to grow faster and bigger then the rest and looks like he has a friend so let hope all goes well for a pair but will see!
