I have this male betta and it looks like his gills are puffed out.
His body is a light blue colour insted of the ordanary colour.

I have him for about 7 months now.
He is in a 46 tank with diveders. He is alone in the tank. The other bettas are in the breeding tank.
    I feed him 4 times a week.
    Is he okay?

Can you post a pic of him as Vez said, is it only the colour that has changed or has his behaviour changed as well?

Ok if he is in a barebottom tank keep an eye on his poop, he mite have a parasite otherwise it might just be a colour change. As they age they change colour. And if he is still eating and active I wouldnt stress to much. Is he rubbing against anything like scratching himself?

Best you can do is not to let him suffer till he dies and just put him down.
