    Hi All

I have 120liter tank that used to contain 4 non-breeding angels. One of the 4 is very large and dominant.

One of the other Angels died recently, and the smallest submissive angel is now being bullied relentlessly by the large one, and spends most of its time hiding.

Will it help if I introduced two more Angels? (not a breeding pair), to diffuse the dominant one's attention?

The new angels will probably be much younger and smaller too. Won't they get bullied too?

120L isn’t really big enough for more than a pair of Angels.
I would remove the one being bullied.

Once you have a large cichlid that is a bully, it is a bit difficult to introduce youngsters as the bully will bully and the much younger ones will be very stressed
I would rather consider finding the very large one a home, or maybe the LFS will swap him for say 4 small ones that can grow up together

Maybe you could try changing things a bit.
    Move the decor around.
Put something in a corner where the dominant one can stake a claim, and hopefully leave the smaller one alone. Upright piece of wood or something like that

But although they are mild mannered compared to some other Cichlids, Angels are still Cichilds
In a bigger tank, a persecuted fish would have somewhere else to go. But not in a relatively small tank unfortunately.
