I saw something that worries me a little. I dunno, maybe this community is different and I'm being paranoid for no reason (that's usually me lol) I see that normal members can hand out infractions :amazed: Is there a reason for this? I'm a mod on the ps3za site and I know that if we allowed our members to hand out infractions, we'd have ww3 on our hands :wondering: Anyhoo, I'm just concerned... hmmm maybe I shouldn't have mentioned it :smile1: hehe
As far as I know Linxie, no one gives infractions here. We all too busy actually trying to help each other and share our fish tales than fight with each other.
That is the beauty of keeping fish it is one of the most relaxing things one can get so that is maybe why the community is so peaceful no Oscars with guppies LOL (Hope no one takes it offensive)
Just so that every one knows we do give infractions here or some of us do any way. I got one for aparintly insaulting some one...... so just watch what you say you might just be saying some thing that gets misinterpreted but as far as I am conserned infractions suck.
HAHA Johan that makes perfect sense ^_^ Gareth, I wouldn't worry about it... this is what happens when the members can give an infraction... instead of giving you bad rep (which imo would be a better idea) Rather leave the infraction givings to the mods and admin. Anyway, this is just my thoughts and opinion.
Hi even so i got a little smack right at the beginning i also agree that this forum is the nicest I've been on so far. I never found the level of sarcasm and menace i've seen in other places I think we have a nice helpfull, friendly and respectfull community here:bigsmile:
We all need to remember that you might be meaning to be sarcastic or mennacing, but because we are all only READING it, and we don't get to HEAR the tone of your voice... more often than not, sarcasm can be taken as literally.. and result in the mallicenous.
