Indigenous/introduced Freshwater Fish List

Does anyone have a list of indigenous/introduced fish that are found in our country?

It would be nice to know what's in our water.

what would you do if you found river stretches where invasive populations of "plecostomus" have established in KZN

 

Not all of the links on Altum's post would load for me(Connection bad today ),but Freshwater fishes of Southern Africa by Dr. Paul Skelton is a treasure trove.... Can get at most CNA/Exclusive books....

And yeah,TM+ Don't be getting any ideas on the KZN groups fishing trip....They belong in nature mate...lol
