    Good evening,

    I need some assistance on identifying my one pleco, i got it from a friend and i do not know what i am sitting with? I have two now in my tank I'll post a photo of both of them. The one with the high dorsal fin is the new one.

    All assistance will be appreciated

    It's a young Sailfin Plec. Nice markings

    How big is your tank as they get quite big - in the region of 30cm.

    I have two types in my tank now , my tank is roughly 115l. I need to know so i can prepare for that size, i never knew they get to grow that big wow, the other one do you perhaps know which one that is?

    The 2nd one looks like a Brisle Nose Plec
    These stay a lot smaller - 10cm or so.
