So I got some plants a few weeks back but I actually don’t know the ID of them, you you know please tell me

Plant A: At early stages had a shoot go up maybe 3 weeks ago, I trimmed it and from now it has stayed to the bottom

Plant A might be a type of lotus (nymphoides) but could also be a house plant @Lord Vader ?

B looks like limnophilla sessiliflora to me

Well done AND, you know plants so well.
you are right, plant A looks like a young red tiger lotus. It will color up as it matures, some stay quite pale, or get redder with the right light/ferts, unfortunately I don't know enough about them to say exactly
It does try grow tall to grow flowers above the water, but if you trim it, it learns and stays low.

I am not sure about Plants A and C but B is indeed limnophilla sessiliflora.

It grows like crazy with even just a little bit of ferts and the stems look best if you leave the plant to creep around the way you have it. You can take cuttings and simply stick them in your substrate and they will continue to grow but, from my experience, the cuttings take a long time to settle in and need to be cut really short before they grow back with verdant green as in your picture.
