Id and info needed asap

Hi,
I bought the following as a background plant and as usual the store cant id it. They did say it is a slow grower and needs to be planted...
Can someone ID it and also confirm if I must plant it (and use root tabs)...

 

Its Anubias Heterophylla.
You shouldn't plant it in substrate but tie it to rock or some wood.
You can also tie the root feeders in between the roots and rock/wood for extra ferts,
And yes they grow very slow.
