OK, so I don't agree with forcing fishes to live in confined spaces, but I stumbled accross this tank online, and thought it would make a fantastic "betta barrack". Also makes a stunning ornament in the house!

It has all the filter and lighting in the hood, so it's not seen. Only downside is you would still need a heater inside the tank.

Zoom, and you are thinking of having one for each betta? How many bettas are you going to be keeping???
The tank looks nice, but I don't think space wise it will be very plactical. Just my opinion

Yeah, I know what you saying. It's more for those art-deco-minimalistic houses where they have white walls, chrome furniture and nothing else.

It was just nice to see something so radically different. Not sure how practical cleaning will be cause the only opening is a small opening at the top- in that hood.

Hahahaha, when you have one of those houses, you don't clean anything. If it's dirty, you throw it away and buy a new one LOL

I've thought of having "one of those hoses"... but not to the extreme you see on Top Billing... but just more minimalistic... but do you know how impractical that is.

The house looks fantastic, clean, and no clutter... but do you know where all the stuff is??? Clattered into a cupboard.

I've also learnt that being a fishkeeper = automatic disqualification for art-deco-minimalistic house! You just CAN'T hide that wiring and tubing.

I'll second that opinion - I've actually gotten to the point of 'whatever' - between wires, gravel cleaners, fish food etc it's crazy!!!!

Yeah, I agree too. Just very glad my house is tiled. Don't know what the people with carpets do when they are busy cleaning their tanks??? It's just water, gravel and plant leaves everywhere LOL

And the worst part is you won't get it in SA.

If I had the money I would start a business specializing in retail of all the imported tank brands, so there is more selection available locally.

I Think it all depends on your diy skills to make it look neat and clean. but making things look good slows you down when you wanna chance something
