    Hi gang,
My name is Charl, I'm 26 and I currently live in Bloemfontein. I would like to get back into to my childhood hobby and build the tank I always dreamed about growing up but could not afford at the time. Really interested in the larger tanks and also marine tanks. I would appreciate any advice I can get from the community.

    Thank you,

    Charl

Hello and welcome on the journey most of us are all on. At the moment I am on the planted tank journey, where you can create just as beautiful set-ups with freshwater fish and plants.

Check it out if you haven't seen anything about it yet... planted tanks are cool.

Welcome to the forum M8!!! i must agree with the other users, i always had fresh water tanks since i was a kid, and i am still amazed by what you can create and do with fresh water tanks!! Sea water tanks might be more vivid more agitated but a good planted fresh water tank can be your everyday entertainment, pride and joy!!

    Cheers
