How old is this siamese fighter?

    Bought this betta today. Would just like to know how old he is for interest sake. If it's too difficult to tell, take a guess :hmmmm:

    Very hard to tell the age of fish. I think they 1-3 years or so. They metabolize faster in warmer water and thus don't last as long.

    Can't really tell but would guesse between 7 months and 1.5 years. Might be more.
    They do not get very old like firefly say.

    Siamese fighters normally live for 2 to 3 years. By the time they get into the ships they are already 6 months+ - so you have only 18 to 24 months with the fish.
