    I have a Resun white 40W 48 inch currently. The plants seem to be growing well.

    A T8 tube has a diameter of 8/8 of an inch (25mm) and T5 is 5/8 of an inch (16mm).

    I know 36inch T8 tubes are 30W, so yours is probably also T8.

    Hey Pauline

    You have T8s if you are talking about the lights on your 1.8m. I didnt take note of the lights on your other tanks

    @Singularity
    I was shopping for T5's this weekend, and I saw T5's that were 32W and 36W. They were all around the 900mm length. (slightly) different length to the 39W.

    My boss finished it in 12hours 44 mins. He says it was the worst weather Ironman SA has ever experienced.

    @Zoom - they were true IronMen!! Wow, it was crazy weather - seas were rough for the swim; gale force wind for the cycle; and then it poured with rain for the run - all the way until midnight! Completely hectic conditions.

    We did 2 dives on Saturday, and the wind and swell was already getting big.
