High quality frozen foods: What brands?

Hi guys

I've been browsing threads (old threads) on the dangers and inadequacy of the asian / cheap frozen foods.

The brand of bloodworm I use is one of these so called "nasties", but it is the only brand I know...

What is the brands coming from Europe which is better? And: Where can one find it in the cape?

there's ocean nutrition.

 

So far I have found the Ocean Nutrition at most of our LFS. Just ask around, but be warned its not that cheap but at least it will last a good while.

 

Thanks! I've seen Ocean Nutrition brine shrimp, but not bloodworm.... guess I weren't looking properly..... (my vrou sê ek soek soos 'n man)

 

iv never seen bloodworms by ocean nutrition dont know if they do it.its usually frozen krill,artemia,mysis and something called marine mix.

 

They do make it

Just ask your lfs for it.
