    Hi, I'm new to your forum, I only have room for a 2 foot tank, the fish are happy, which is all that matters

    Hi Greg, welcome to the forum!
    I really like the jungle vibe you’ve got going there, and it seems as if your fish are digging it too!
    Live plants really do help with water parameters, line of sight breaks etc for normal community style fish.

    Thank you for kind words. I had no intension of setting a tank, having given most of my tanks away 15 years ago, by then most had snakes or lizards in anyway. But then Bob the Betta got in my way, he was doomed to die a slow death or I could adopt him. I then thought he would be happier in a bigger space, wrong. He was not impressed so I moved him back to his vase. I was then stuck with a 2 foot. But I live in a cluster and don't have room for a bigger tank.
