Hi from Alberton

Hi all!

I used to be a fishaholic, had a couple of tanks over some years and had to part with most of the equipment and tanks when I got married and the wife moved in nearly 6 years ago. We moved to a bigger place a year or so later when she fell pregnant. Archery took up a lot of my time and actually still does, but I have been thinking of getting back into game for a long time…

My daughter is now 4 years old and she has been nagging me for some time now to get an aquarium. I didn’t know where to start and went back to the guy that I used to by all my stuff from. I wanted to get a descend size tank and he offered me a second hand 2m tank with cabinet for R4K (use to be some shops display tank).does not have the canopy unfortunately. This tank has a sump filter and needs some work before I can even think of filling it with water etc. So I will be working on it everyday after work.

I stumbled unto this site this morning and am grateful to see something like this actually exist; I will have a lot of questions for the guys in the next couple of weeks.
