    Hi, I'm supey from Goodwood, Cape Town.

    I've always wanted an aquarium, and decided to start now for the second time. Never really knew there were forums, and just happened to come accross this one, and the marine forum. I however love my tropicals, and would probably never go marine.

    The idea is to get a nice show tank, for my entertainment area, with an awesome planted landscape.

    Currently got a 100L tank, with 2 bala's, 1 pleco, and several smaller fish.

    Tank is not in the best shape, as I've made a few mistakes. But because I don't really know people with set up tanks, it's going slow. But as the internet, and especially this forum as my guide, I've learnt from my mistakes, and am ready to move along, learning as time passes.

    Hopefully I'll have an awesome tank soon, so that I can also post pics.

    i see you also love the beautiful bala sharks!

    i also have a 100L tank with balas but will have to upgrade to something much larger soon. these guys need room to swim and lots of oxygen.

    i have discovered some amazing tips on balas and there nervous behaviour and will post them shortly in the community tanks section.
