very broad, maybe be more specific... do you want to clean gravel - syphon it, or do you want to clean your glass - use a algae brush to scrub it clean, or is it general maintenance - 20% weekly water changes with dechlorinated water.

The more specific you are the more people can help you!

Want to clean gravel and glass, but biggest worry is glass. It has a white residue on it. Don't really have a problem with algae in the tank

Get one of those magnetic glass cleaners and a gravel syphon. It's all you will need.

    Hi Cafish.
U Know those sponges that u do the dishes with thats rough one the one side? Works beautifull on the glass. That white residue can be a pain clean though. If u don't get it off, the next time u empty u're tank completely to clean u can mix 25% vinegar with 75% water and scrub it with that. Usually does the trick, just wrinse the tank well. And like Slagter says - get a gravel syphon. Good luck

Just DON'T use the vinegar on a tank with fish still in. You would need to completely empty the tank, wash with the diluted vinegar, and then rinse very well.
