Help please

Guys I really need your help I have sick neons I dont know what they got or the best way to treat it I have tried almost everything to get rid of this fungus like stuff I have attached a picture please help

What are your water parameters? Any new fish recently? Any other events that may have happened? What meds have you used?

 

Ph 7.1 water is now at 27degrees

They have been in there own quarantine tank for 6-8 weeks already from when I first noticed the problem I have lost 2 so far they came from my community tank where no other fish got infection there have been other fish in the tank with them that have also been ok with no problems so I really done know

I have tried heat treatment at 31degrees and I have used bio elite heal all and aquadene general aid and aquadene gill fungus and parasite special and tetra medica general tonic and methaline blue and salt

Could be neon tetra disease if no treatment is working.
