Hi, no they don't I was told by a shop that maybe but as I looked carefully, there is no white spot, my heater is off due to the heat waves, I tried a bit of salt as well with no luck.

are your fish eating? are they active? not too sure about increasing temp with goldfish. was your tank cycled? did you add lots of fish at the same time?
    could be anything..

Gold fish have a high bio load, so adding a lot at the same time will impact your water quality.

How long has the tank been running? How many fish in the tank? How did you prepare your filter?

They are eating actually always looking for food, very active, tank has been running for 6 months now, there is about 12 fish in, the shop prepared the canister filter with coal, ceramic rings and I just added the bio balls from the 4 stage in there, using the 4 stage internal just to extract the waste, canister has not been cleaned for about a month.

@Neezo, if there are no visible signs of illness, in my opinion its pointing to water quality

Have you had your water tested?

12 goldfish for 210l of water is a lot as they produce huge bioload
Even though your tank has been running for 6 months, I think it did not reach proper maturity before having to cope with 12 goldfish

What canister filter are you running?
Post some pictures, it often gives a better idea of what could be wrong

I think your firs step should be have your water tested
I would reduce the number of fish to.. 6.. max 7.
Do water changes and you could do a course of stability to help settle your filter
Take water out to test before you do a water change

What test did you use to test the water and what was the exact readings?

I haven't used one of those canisters before.
I did however do a google search for more info.... it's probably circulating your water 3 times per hour which is not enough for goldfish
The amount of media it carries doesn't look like lot to me either from the pictures..

Im still convinced there is a water quality issue... sorry if im wrong but its all I can see.

How did you cycle the tank and how many fish did you add at a time?
When last have you added fish and how many did you add in one go?

It was a manual test where they use 3 small glass tubes, 2 were like a darkish yellow and 1 blue, I also think so, I will try another shop, what about the 14 in 1 nitrifying bacteria in 1

I think have the test done again.
Take water before a water change
Ask for Ammonia, Nitrite and nitrate readings

I have never used that bacteria before so Im not sure how well it works.
    I have always used Stability.

I still think you should consider reducing the number of fish in that size tank

It looks like ur filtration is not enough from what i can see...as a general rule the water should move minimum 4 times thru the filter and filters hardly ever gives what the specs say. Get a bigger filter.
U can do those tests but its gona mean nothing if ur filter remains the same.
If ur canister is on the floor you loosing lots of flow due to head it has to pump.

Also try not to use to much chemicals that's never a solution the best method is getting the correct balance and rather spend xtra money on filtration than anything else

I tend to agree with the general sentiment that it is water quality. What are the parameters of your tap water and how do you prepare it before doing a WC? How often do you do WC? and what volume do you change? How do you clean your filter although you did mention it hasnt been cleaned for a month

Ok, should I move the filter higher because it is on the floor ?

Measure the litre/hr that its giving u, place a 1lr jug under ur inflow pipe and note the time it takes to fill up then convert it to ltr/hr to see exactly the flow rate.
