    Hi everyone
I am a new member and I have just started a new 16L planted tank.
I need some help identifying some plants as my local aquatic store didn’t have any names of the plants.
Any thoughts or feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi @Arnav and welcome to the forum :)
    Tank already looking good!

I’ll venture my best guesses, hope others chime in too. Then use as a base to google & confirm. Plants can often look quite different in different conditions eg ligh, ferts, CO2 etc and also can look massively different in their emersed vs submerged forms.
    - the red one as well as the plant in the back left corner look like two different types of Amazon sword. Good dependable plants
    - front left could be giant hygrophila not sure haven’t grown it myself @TetraJacques ?
    - top ones (green) currently floating possibly bacopa moneirri

It’s a real pain when plants are not labeled, I know! And some stores even sell non-aquatic plants as aquatics which won’t last submerged...

Not 100% sure. Those plants still look like it's in the emersed form.

The plant on the far left does not look aquatic to be honest.
Its getting more and more common for petshops to sell some weird plants without labels, and then they turn out to be non aquatic and die off after some time.

Had a closer look at these plants quick.

As @A new day said. Definitely two amazon swords, my guess middle front - Echinodorus Red Special and left back Echinodorus Cordifolius
Front and back on the right - Alternanthera specie in the emersed for therefore you see buds where the leaves attaches to the stem (I have the same AR specie in the emersed form)
    Floating plant I don't know
and on the left front - If it's an aquatic plant its for sure in the emersed form. Give it time to do its transition, it will happen in the next week or two (I would personally trim it in half to help with the growth but don't take my advise on this)
