I have 4 running tanks at home and if i had my way (the wife has her input) i would at least 4 more :idea:

I am always looking for weird and wonderful rare additions to my tanks.
I have imported from the states before and have flown down from JHB to East London (where i stay) same day.

Nothing is too big a job when it comes to my tanks

How did the state vet clearance go??
I have a contact in colombia that wants to start supplying me, but have got stuck with the state vet and clearance in jhb..

well that depends how you define illegal.....
There is a local creek close to where i stay and it is full of them.
From what i have gathered from the head of the department of Water that if imported yes they are illegal, but if locally caught in rivenes or streams they are not illegal.

I have loclly caught shrimp as well and i can gaurantee you they are nowhere near illegal.

maybe you should do some reading up on locally caught Inverts...

Campbell, sorry the "no discussion" rule includes posting pictures of them in your personal tanks.

I know you're a fan of inverts and some more "exotic" fish but please don't discuss yourself having them, how to keep them, post pictures of them, etc on this forum.
