    Hi all

    New to the forums so just saying a big howdy to all of you :blink1:

    I am based in Gaborone , Botswana but have spent the majority of my life living in Cape Town and Durban.

    Please can you guys take a look at my query in the general forums. I am really struggling to get spares for a Via-Aqua 230. I dont mind paying courier costs from where ever!

    hi and welcome to tasa...have you tried that plumbing to seal the leak, or alternatively have tried silicone to stop the leak from happening..just some suggestions, don't know if it would work...

    now that you mention plumbin, thread tape my man thread tape, just apply as much as you think you need and you should be sorted, i will be doing the same

    Try our sponsors or get a list of all the petshops in SA and call them.
    One of them are bound to have it or willing to order it for you.
    Else you need to find a substitute or DIY job as jesseG mentioned
