    I guesse we will eventually evolve to the point where someone will ask for critisism so he/she can
    Move beyond all the sugar coated "that's nice" etc. Even then it will still hurt to hear your attemp being shot down.
    So hopefully new people like Julie will push themselves for better and not just for what the ego wants to hear.

    Personally I think the site needs a few more females simply because theire reasoning is so much more
    Different from ours.
