I would do 50%-80% WC while instructing the person feeding to feed less than you would normally. Two weeks with no maintenance is a long time.

2 weeks is fine on an established tank. I often only do w/c on my tank once every 2 weeks.

feed fish once a day. Portion out the food for the person feeding, so they don't overfeed.

    also on the same subject

ive researched into this....im going away for 10 days and the general thoughts are my fish will be ok with NO feeding for 10 days....

50% waterchange and a good feed the night before i go, ..a normal size feed the morning i leave and then nothing for 10 days...ive been told they will be fine

    your opinions?
