Got home this afternoon - just to find that my tank must have had a wild party without sending me an invite. :push:

This Riccia was way to happy - I had to tap it a bit to let the O2 free and allow it to sink to the bottom. Might be time for a bit of a trim.

Nice one LiftCrazy ... thing is this tank is a low circulation, "Diana Walstad" substrate, no CO2 + own KNO3 ... minimal fish and some rummy noses as the bio-indicators for bad water quality. (I am thinking of increasing the circulation with a small power-head)

I think what triggered it yesterday was sunlight in the morning. Probably started it all as it got closer to the light O2 increased.

Neilh: Not going to chuck any of this yet. Need to replant what the Kribs destroyed in two other tanks. Once I have a working growth cycle you are more than welcome to some.

My mission for the day is to figureout how to trim this bad boy ...

Don't joke - Madam ... did some hacking in the garden yesterday and did indeed need to use the chain saw on a tree or two (seasonal trim - not removing them)
