Hehehe, I forgot what today was, now I know why I was awoken at 4 am, no power in the house, and knocking my fan over in the dark almost killing myself.

Now I just need to hope and pray the power outage didnt kill my pc. I dont think the power was off that long since my tanks temp havent dropped. For some reason we are having an issue with our earth leakage. Somewhere there is something wrong. I do know that we actually have an issue on the one side of the house drawing more power (aka my tanks, pc, all the kitchen and laundry goodies, plus the chargers for the men in the house's RC heli's)

It's always been on of my favourites. It's a good day to walk under ladders and find black cats - that you force into your path - just to mess with those very superstitious folk around you

@Wyvren , your house sounds like mine. The whole kitchen (washing machine incl.) runs off one plug point; and then my PC, TV, HiFi, Xbox and fish tank all run off the one plug point in the lounge. The RC heli gets plugged into the gap between the toaster and the kettle...

 

I spent R900 on my RC hellicopter and I cant fly the dam thing....its just to difficult!!!!

LOL @GG13 = that is the funny part, my pc and fish tanks run of one plug in my room, the rc heli's and modem is on another plug in the lounge, the kitchen has 3 plugs, and the laundry has two. And we have constant issues. We have learnt not to put the kettle, dishwasher, my pc, the microwave, tumbledryer and the rc heli's on at the same time - instant power loss.

@HennieRoux, your heli is about 1/3 of the price they paid for theirs. They started small and now each have one of those huge monsters that is about a meter tall (I know this since the bloody things are almost as tall as I am). They are good with it, and they love it. They even went to some show in the USA last year where there was fields of people flying RC everything.
