Guppy sick ?worms

    I have had this guppy now for about 2 months. Bought from a pet shop. Was quarantined for 4 weeks. Was very active and healthy. The last 2 days I have noticed him being more lethargic. This evening I have noticed some red things at the anal area. What is it? Could this be worms?[​IMG]
