Hi Folks,

I'm new, but not new. I kept 7 or 8 thanks about 10 years ago and things in my life changed and I was unable to keep fish for a long time. FINALLY, today, I bought a tank and I'm ready to go down the rabbit hole again. It's amazing how all my knowledge has remained with me.

I tell you one thing mate, back then I used to save up for a couple weeks to get R50!!! So I used to stretch that R50 as much as I could to get a few items each time I went shopping - it's amazing to think that I'm not able to go out and buy a good few items no problem

I must admit that I have the most respect for all the old school aquarium keepers on this forum, guys that go back 20-30 years. Man they had it tough and made it work.

The rest of the forum people will be around tomorrow for greetings. Weekends are extremely quite around here.

Black list.. To be honest, I'm going to really start out simple, swords, platies, angels and so forth and then progress into something more fancy I reckon - So I highly doubt that I'll go near anything blacklisted!

@f-fish - I'm a complete an utter Internet junkie, my award winning blog and career shows that, so photographs/videos will happen and you'll probably get annoyed by how many
