Green Terror: bloat and parasites?

Please help identify if my fish has bloat and perhaps a parasite?

The hanging white things appeared when he was spawning, there would be white particles that was collected by other fish, it hasn't gone away and its been months, it does get smaller but sometimes it gets as huge as per the video.

Secondly, I am not sure whether his fat or has bloat. His been eating fine with no issues, other fish stamochs are not as big as his, Please help me....

I am currently treating my African cichlid fry, small oscars and small I. D shark in my 4ft and I am only left with a 1ft tank where I can treat him if his sick. His in the 2m tank with the rest of the other fish.

Firstly the little lump could be his "vent"males usually have them which release sperm at times of spawning and they tend to go back after a while, not sure why the protrusion is constant in your case.

With regards to the bloat, are you sure he is just not the most dominant fish who gets to eat the most therefore just a little fat. What is his poop like?

 

Haven't really seen him poop, I will monitor and see.
