gourami eyes glasing

I noticed one of my pearl gouramis has some weird milky look in her eyes. Its starting to glase over or something. Can someone please tell me what i might do to help? The other fish and spes. gouramis are all fine. No signs, no symptoms elsewhere?

 

stupid misspelled title. glaze. . . the eyes are still a bit milky looking/ no advancement yet luckily. anyone have any ideas?

 

Might have hurt it something in the tank .

 

Add some salt to the tank. 1 tablespoon per 55G and watch it carefully...

I've had 2 fish lose one of their eyes due to fighting and the eye getting infected

 

Have you been feeding her the spirulina form the "other" Packet?

i had a similar problem with one of my tanks were some of the fishs eyes went milky . it was dew to a sudden PH drop. I added stability and 1 teaspoon of salt per 5L , it might not be that because it is only one fish , but i would defiantly add lots of salt
