    Hi All

I want to make my own rock formations for my new tank and wanted to know what the best product would be to stick them together. Would silicone work or is there a safe glue?

Bostik Marine silicone or Den Braven Aquaria will also do the trick

@Zoom - Is that pratley putty or the 2 part epoxy. Isn't pratley's toxic?
@trevor1971 - Where do I find Den Braven?

I am stacking rocks so the question is wether I would be able to pick these up from the top rock or do I need to pick them up from the bottom? Thanks.

You can get Den braven aquaria from any builders warehouse. Very good silicone and once dry you should be able to pic up your formations provided they are not too heavy.

The putty. When it is dried and cured it isn't toxic as far as I know. I know of some people who use it to seal cracks in koi ponds

Super glue... I works really well... Just look at the marine guys they use it to mount coral frags... So it can't be toxic once dried...
