Glass anchor

    Hi
    I have a whole bunch of floating plants taking over my tank, and blocking the light.
    So I was thinking of a way to plant them and clear up the top of the tank.
    :idea:This is what I came up with. (see pic below)
    Once completed just thread the plant stems through the loops, and gently push the glass into the gravel.
    The only problem is now they grow twice as fast.

    Great idea there.

    Tell me.. why do you keep the other plants in the post they came with?

    They should be taken out. The spongy stuff they came in can damage the fish's gills, and in my experience, the roots don't grow too well in it either.

    They not in pots - that's a piece if wood

    Do not mention the name of the plant. Else I might get it again from you know who . Please edit your post

    fantastic idea!

    Is that natural sunlight shining into the tank, it looks so peacful in there... just want to jump in and swim through the plants :D
