Getting a bigger tank! Need some advise :)

Hey guys,

Iv currently got a BOYU EA-80 which is about 130L, but my Clown Loaches are growing faster than expected.

I want to get a bigger tank to make these guys more happy seeing most articles on the net say you should have a minimum tank size of 400L for these guys.

Im looking at buying the BOYU EA- 150 which is 470L. Iv only got 3 Clown Loaches, but plan on getting another 3 when the bigger tank arrives.

Will this be fine for them?

Oh and I will be selling my BOYU EA-80 once I have transferred my fish across to the new tank.

They sell for R4080 in the shops. Anyone keen on R2000 (neg) for it (In CPT)

 

If i'm not mistaken,there is someone selling the exactly same tank second hand here on the forum.Might be able to save some bucks,since it comes with heating and filtration already...maybe try and negotiate a bit.Equipment Classifieds
