How do i prepare this to feed to my fish sliced, grated or dried. And should i use fresh garlic from the kitchen that has just been peeled?

Garlic is a known antiseptic, immune booster and appetite stimulant....

I've used it chopped VERY finely as an additive when making my own frozen foods or just crushing a clove and rubbing it on pelleted food to get finicky feeders to try non "live" food...

Seachem makes a liquid addative Garlic supplement that got Moorish Idols to feed on the 1st day after arrival in our marine system at Pet Stop... fricken amazing!!!

    hi @Donny

Thats not going to work buddy. The fish wont easily accept the garlic, and if you prep the garlic by means that would enable thdm to maybe eat it, most of its value gets lost. You need to get Garlic extract that you can then soak the food in, or add to a food mix. Seachem and some others make a garlic extract that works perfectly well.

Feeding garlic has proven to aid fish in their fight against internal parasites. It does NOT however eradicate worms or the like, just aid the fish to fight these naturally
