Frogs

    Hi to everyone

    i just wanted to ask if anyone has any experience with Congo frogs (dwarf african frogs) I think they are similar to African clawed frogs

    From what I remember Clawed Frogs get a lot bigger.

    I kept some Dwarf frogs in a species only tank.
    Fed them blood worm twice a day.
    make sure the lid is tight fitting! Mine escaped.

    Not sure if either or both are b l in SA?

    @Reedfish: Not sure but I think they are on the current blacklist.

    @Heyhong: Seems they are blacklisted, on page 53 it states: "All other Amphibia not indigenous to South Africa"

    Its a shame really, these are such cool little critters. Hope they see the light and change the legality issues, really wouldn't mind a pair of these in my planted aquarium....
